Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office, including transcribing documents, coordinating projects, and proofreading materials.
- Assist with office tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and in working order.
- Handle order entry and inventory management for the office.
- Assist with financial tasks, such as using QuickBooks/Xero to manage invoices and payments.
- Speak and assist clients over the phone, providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks/Xero or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a bonus.

Salary: £18,150.00-£21,068.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
