Administrator
Impact Recruitment is looking for a Full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Burton Latimer.
The Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Operations and the Executive Team. This includes answering phones, scheduling meetings, and assisting with daily office needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and growing within the organization.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. College Degree preferred.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks accurately.
- Must have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets).
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible with changing priorities.
- Previous experience in administrative support is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, schedule meetings, greet visitors, assist visitors with questions or problems, etc.
- Assist visitors with questions or problems by taking pictures, writing notes, copying files etc. as needed

- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed

- Maintain office filing system including filing all paperwork in an organized manner with minimum errors using Google Sheets (Docs)
- Maintain office calendar and appointments schedule using Google Calendar (free version only)

- Answer phones in an efficient manner while providing excellent customer service to all callers
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,000.00 per year
