Job description
A prestigious investment firm with strong international foundations are looking for an experienced EA with a background working in financial services to join their London office. This will be a varied role, where you will not only be doing typical EA duties such as diary and inbox management, but also working on bids, business proposals, presentations, writing tasks and proof reading. You will be working with a close-knit and supportive team for a company that treats their staff incredibly well. At first, you will be supporting 3 team members, which will later increase to 5 by the end of the year. You will be based in their stunning state of the art office 3 days per week and work the other 2 days remotely. They are open to hiring on either a permanent basis or temp to perm basis.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a diverse EA role, where you will have the opportunity to evolve the role into your own. Typical duties include:
- Coordinating the team
- Preparing important documents and presentations
- Diary management
- Assist with bids and business proposals
- Proofread documentation
- Ad hoc tasks for the team
WHO YOU ARE
They are looking for a versatile team player, who has a strong work ethic and is confident to get on with any task in hand. Essential requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role with a financial services background
- Previous experience working in fast paced role
- Highly organised with a meticulous eye for detail
- Approachable and friendly
- Self-motivated
- Tech savvy - confident working on CRMs and MS Office
