Our client is an ICAEW Registered Practice & Training firm with a warm culture supporting a track record of client growth and staff development. Based near Chorley, the firm has been established over 20 years and has the full range of client sectors and clients ranging from £110k to £75 million in turnover.

Due to continued success the need has been recognised for Administrator to join their team.

Duties will include:
  • Reception duties - answering the phone, meeting and greeting clients
  • Producing reports
  • Handle client appointment requests
  • Raising invoices
  • Scanning and filing correspondence
  • Drafting and writing correspondence on behalf of other staff members
  • Maintaining office stock levels
You will be an experienced Administrator, ideally within an Accountancy Practice. You must have a confident, polite telephone manner and strong written and verbal communication skills.
