Heaton House Care Home is a small, family run care home located in a thriving part of Bolton. We believe in taking a modern approach to care.
We are currently looking for an admin assistant to come and join our team.
Main duties will include:
- Organising paperwork coming into office.
- Organising training for staff & keeping records up to date on attendance.
- Create and update any forms needed by staff.
- Monitor staffs annual leave and absences.
- To keep office & work space tidy.
Full details of job role will be given at interview.
We are looking for a candidate who is organised, can work quickly and independently & able to work on more than one project at once.
Previous experience in office admin is preferred. Training will be provided.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £10.60-£10.65 per hour
