Occupational Health Administrator
Working hours: Mon-Fri - 0900-1700.
Location: You will be required to work from our office, based in East Croydon
Salary: £26,500 + Great Benefits including:
- Final salary pension

About this role:-
To provide high quality administrative/reception support to the Occupational Health Clinical Team and provide efficient, accurate, timely and friendly support to all stakeholders. Based at Go-Ahead House, East Croydon.
We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Fluency in using Microsoft packages, including Word/Excel/SharePoint/Teams
- Proven office and customer service experience
- Excellent administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to be accurate in all aspects of work.
- Good organisational skills and able to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure

Key Responsibilities of this Occupational Health Administration role include:
- To assist in the smooth running and co-ordination of the administration of the Department
- Reception Duties. Provide a professional/friendly ‘first point of contact'. Utilising multitasking/organisation and problem-solving skills
- Maintenance of Medical Records. Including scanning of notes, ensuring accuracy/confidentiality is adhered to
- Processing referrals/requests for reports, liaising with Specialists/GP's to expedite.
- Booking appointments, effective diary management and prioritisation
