Salary: APT&C Scale 3 (£24,804 - £25,212 FTE)
(Pro rata Term Time Only Actual Salary £21,522 to 21,876 approx.)
35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to work in this exciting school for children with SEN and mental health needs. You will join an ambitious team whose aim is to support our students to get the best possible outcomes and opportunities to move forward with their lives. You will display a welcoming manner, excellent people skills and an efficient, organised approach to all tasks.
The post holder will have:
- A ‘can do’ attitude
- The ability to relate well to both children and adults- including parents and other agencies
- Calmness under pressure
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Demonstrate excellent Microsoft word, excel, database and typing skills
- Maintain and update all administrative and information systems as required
- Be able to work independently using own initiative
You may also have
- Understanding and experience of students with SEN
- Experience of working with SIMS
- First Aider qualification
