Receptionist/Administrator
Dunstable, Bedfordshire
__We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to work for a commercial main dealership, based in Dunstable. This is a split 50/50 role between Administration and Receptionist duties. Ideally, you will have experience within the Automotive trade and have great communication & IT skills.
Day to day duties:_
- First point of contact to customers both face to face and telephone & email communication when required.
- Generating estimates to customers and key accounts.
- Invoicing.
- Utilising online platforms to gain authorities and final order numbers where required.
- To include raising and management of roadside technician job cards/timesheets.
- Providing customers with updates when required.
Experience/Skills required:
- Ideally, you will come from an automotive background and have some knowledge of this sector. However, we encourage anyone with VAST customer service & administration skills to apply.
- The successful candidate must be IT Literate
- Great communication skills
- Customer facing skills
What's on offer?
Salary: £27k – 29K per annum (dependant on experience)
Working week: Monday to Friday 0800 – 1800 with 1 hour unpaid lunch break. (45 hour week)
20 days holiday + bank holidays
Overtime available paid at 1x1.5
Uniform provided
Training will be given.
