POSITION: Content Creator & Livestream Host
SALARY: Up to £10.50 per hour
LOCATION: Garforth, LS25
Q The Label Ltd are a ladies fashion retailer, founded in 2022 as an online boutique, specialising in mid to plus-size fashion.
We are offering an excellent and flexible opportunity to join our team as Content Creator & Livestream Host. To be successful in this role, you’ll be reliable and trust-worthy, with a confident approach to customer service. An interest in fashion would also be an advantage.
Due to some lone working and key holder responsibilities, we can only accept applicants aged 18 or over. This role is offered on a zero hours basis.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
· Present Live Shopping Streams
· Assist customers virtually on sizing, fashion combinations and purchasing
· Model/Try-on items of clothing on request
· Manage stock and stock replenishment
· Pick and pack orders
· General housekeeping of the store & warehouse area
· Creating social media content in the form of modelled photographs, video and livestream content
· Arrange shipment and dispatch orders in a timely manner
EXPERIENCE:
· Previous retail or customer service experience would be an advantage
· Confident customer service skills
· Ability to work flexibly
Job Type: Zero hours contract
Salary: Up to £11.00 per hour
