Job description

My client, a leader within the Utilities industry are looking to recruit an Administrator to join their busy team.

This is a temporary role that could be extended for the right candidate! Full Utilities training will be provided!

The Administrator must be well organised, highly motivated, committed individual with excellent administration skills.

On a day to day basis you will:

  • Support the Senior Managers and the Field Team.
  • Excel – Data entry, spreadsheets
  • Creating packs for Field Technicians
  • General admin duties
  • Raising invoices

The selected candidate must:

  • Have previous experience in a similar role
  • Be well organised and able to prioritise workload
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be able to work well under pressure and to changing requirements
  • Be accurate and have good attention to detail

You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills; confidence in your ability to anticipate what is needed; flexibility and ability to use initiative.
