Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Capacity and Performance Manager to join our organisation!
Home based remote working with travel.
Salary: Circa 40K
The Capacity and Performance Manager is part of Everyturn’s Senior Leadership Team. Reporting into the National Operations Director, the post will support our Regional Service Directors and Service Managers to deliver the NHS Talking Therapy key performance indicators. A key part of the role is to lead our Agency & Affiliate workforce, deploying them where the need is greatest. We provide NHS Talking Therapy services in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Peterborough, Kent & Medway, and Wirral.
Another focus of this role is on quality and continuous improvement through effective deployment of our capacity. The role will ensure that KPIs on capacity and performance against targets are monitored, achieved, and maintained and that the need for proactive corrective action in conjunction with our services and operations are communicated and understood. Monitoring and reporting on the usage and deployment of our mobile workforce is key; a sound understanding of Microsoft Excel and the ability to interpret data is needed.
The role will ensure our people and services benefit through consistent approaches to capacity and performance monitoring and all corrective action is taken promptly to address any areas of improvement and to mitigate any risk of potential service breach.
In line with our Shaping our Future strategy, this role plays a key part in creating a high performing organisation by deepening our understanding and approach to developing capacity and performance.
The post holder will ensure that all role activity is provided in a way that is consistent with our values, supporting and promoting an organisational culture that values: compassion, accountability, respect, excellence, and innovation, to deliver our mission ‘to ensure no-one struggles alone’.
