Grade: Grade 5 – 6 (Points 4-7)
Actual Salary: £19,156 – £20,727 (Awaiting NJC Pay Award 2023)
Start date: September 2023
Contract: 37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year (TTO+2), Permanent
The Esteem Multi Academy Trust provides programmes of education to pupils who are either, permanently excluded, or at risk of exclusion, through their 3 AP Academies located throughout the county of Derbyshire. We are increasing our service in September to provide education for pupils at their 6th day after exclusion through our Inclusion Pathways Team (IPT).
We are eager to appoint an Administrative Assistant to provide effective and efficient support to IPT. This role will be responsible predominantly for pupil admissions to the 3 Esteem AP Academies and liaison between the Local Authority, IPT, excluding schools and parents.
You will have excellent organisation and communication skills with experience in using IT software including Microsoft packages, particularly excel and school MIS. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the systems required to ensure the effective transfer and recording of pupil admission information and for any subsequent reintegration back to mainstream or other schools.
