Administrator
Our Insurance company is recruiting an Customer Administrator to work in their office in Denton
In your role as an Customer Administrator you will be be undertaking all types of duties in a busy office.
Duties include:
Going through in-depth phone calls with customers
Preparing instructions for customers
Updating the database
Dealing with queries
Data Entry
As an Customer Administrator you will be expected to work Monday to Friday 08.30 to 5pm
You will need:
Excellent phone manner
Educated to GCE level English or equivalent
An ambitious attitude
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure
