After successive years of growth Elite Recycling Solutions Ltd requires an Administrative Assistant to join our Operations Team
The Ideal Candidate will thrive working in a fast paced and at times pressurised environment and will have the ability to efficiently organise and prioritise their workload whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
In addition, good IT literacy and a high proficiency within Microsoft Office would be required.
Responsibilities include:
- Receive and respond to client requests for services received via Phone / E-mail
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to confirm service arrangements & bookings.
- Accurate data entry using Excel & industry specific software systems.
- Ensure collection/delivery paperwork is issued and returned efficiently.
- Other general administrative duties as required.
Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional telephone manner.
- Well organised and able to efficiently prioritise tasks.
- Previous office experience highly advantageous but not essential.
- Competent with MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Friendly and approachable personality.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000.00 per year
