Job description
Edmundson Electrical Glasgow are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team.
- Liaise with customer and suppliers, obtaining PO numbers ensuring all costs are correct
- Booking in Goods
- Processing invoices
- Processing paperwork for invoice
- Checking and processing documents and sending to the customers or relevant companies
- Supporting the management team where needed with the administration of office functions.
- Communication with a variety of customers and suppliers via telephone and email
the canidate must be enthusiastic, eager to learn and have a basic knowledge of Computers.
Administration experince is not essential but preffered.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £19,950.00-£24,960.00 per year
