What Is The Role?
You will be responsible for proactively contacting third party customers who have been involved in an accident to offer our services for repair and mobility to ensure that the customer is back on the road as soon as possible and the claim is settled.
You will handle a variety of customer calls as part of our team and help to deliver exceptional customer service. You will learn how to effectively deal with customers, clients and colleagues from different backgrounds and cultures.
We are constantly working towards achieving the perfect journey for our customers, we will help build your confidence and your skills as an individual helping you to take ownership of your calls
What Do We Need From You?
Experience isn’t everything – we want people with the right behaviours – personable, empathetic, easy to talk to – we can teach you the job!
Ideally you will have experience within a customer service and / or a sales focussed role
As long as you can put the customer first and deliver exceptional service, we want to hear from you
Ability to work various shift patterns, including Saturdays, Bank Holidays and evenings on a rotation basis.
