Administrative Assistant

A position has arisen for a full time Administrative Assistant within our works office at Macmerry, East Lothian.

Applicants must be happy to work in a construction type environment.

This is a permanent position based on a 37 hour working week, Monday to Thursday 8.00-4.00 and Friday 8.00-3.00

Experience within a similar small office role is essential, responsibilities include assisting with general administrative duties, answering telephones and dealing with customer enquiries.

A good understanding of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook and Sage would be prefered.
