Dream Transport solutions are a well established & expanding haulage company. We are looking for an enthusiastic administrative assistant to join our team based at our Northampton office.
Duties will include:
- Liaising with customers via telephone & email
- Assisting the managers with daily operations & liaising with drivers
- Keeping files & records up to date
- Organising meetings & bookings
- General office admin
Requirements:
- Great communication skills
- Can work independently & as part of a team
- Good organisational skills
- Motivated, enthusiastic & looking to progress
- Experience in using Microsoft programmes
- Able to multitask & problem solve in a busy environment
Experience in the haulage industry would be preferred but is not essential as full training will be provided.
Working hours 25 hours per week with a view to increase in the future.
Monday - Friday 10.00am - 3.00pm.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £9.50-£12.00 per hour
