We are recruiting for a personable & friendly Executive Assistant to work and carry out administrative work on behalf of the Company Directors & Managers.
The role is based around having a flexible attitude and being keen to get the job done.
Your key duties will include, but will not be limited to
- Acting as the Director's/Executive's first point of contact.
- Reminding the Director's/Executive's of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
- Dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for the Director's/Executive's attention
- Making appointments and manage diaries for the Director's/Executive's
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Collating and filing expenses
- Providing a wide range of administrative support like record keeping, Data submissions to NHSBSA and filing of Business records
- Answering phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate for the Director's/Executive's
- Meeting and Greeting Visitor's
- Any other miscellaneous tasks to support the Director's/Executive's
To Be Considered for This Role You MUST have:
- A minimum of 5 GSCEs (A*- C or 9 - 4) to include English, Maths
- 12 months+ experience working as a Admin/Legal Secretary within a corporate setting
- Proficiency in English - oral and written communication skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- time-management - The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- A professional and courteous manner
- Ability to multitask and being comfortable dealing with a diverse pool of people
- Organisational skills.
