Administrator – Temp Role ( 7 - 9 Weeks)
Location: London
Salary: £12 per hour
Contract: Full time (35 paid hours)
Start Date : ASAP
We are looking for a competent and skilled administrator to join our team for an 8 week temporary assignment. As an administrator, you will be responsible for various administrative duties, including data entry, manipulating files, and contributing to MI result compilation.
Key Requirements:
- Competency in using MS Excel and other Office products
- Data literate and IT competent
- Competent in SharePoint and able to move and manipulate files
- Ability to follow work instructions accurately
- Capable of checking work quality through visual checks, formatting, and comparing specific values in a PDF against details from a piece of code or MS Excel
- Ability to work well as part of a team, communicate effectively with team members and the team leader
- Willingness to understand and contribute to MI result compilation
The successful candidate should possess excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
