Position: Administrative Assistant – 24 Hours per Week
Salary: £13,800 per annum
Location: Colchester, Essex
About Your Role
- Be the first point of contact for general HR related queries.
- Maintaining the HR inbox and fielding emails as required.
- Process and respond to reference requests in a timely manner.
- Prepare letters and contracts for any changes to terms and conditions of employment as requested by the HR team.
- Provide general administration support to the HR department as required including preparation of letters, filing, telephone answering, scanning, photocopying and maintaining a weekly fire register etc.
- Undertaking general administration duties, to include taking minutes at HR meetings from time to time when the Company requires.
- Supporting with HR related meeting management and letter writing as and when required
- Update HR documents and policies on the Hub as required and requested by the HR team.
- Support with starter and leaver processes which includes liaising with payroll and supporting with the completion of letters as required.
- Support with the pre-exit interview process. Filing the document, adding information to the tracker and flagging to relevant Manager if termination details are not on Fourth.
