Job description

Our client, an Industrial Services company have an urgent requirement for a permanent part time Payroll Administrator to join their team.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for accurately processing various weekly payrolls
  • Ensuring processing deadlines are met centrally and regionally
  • Checking exception reports and amending errors
  • Calculating over-payments
  • Amending pay rates, tax codes and bank details
  • RTI reporting to HMR
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory legislation
  • Month end reporting and payments for various weekly payrolls
  • Auto enrolment
  • Year End processes

Qualifications an experience:

  • Formal payroll qualification or relevant experience
  • Accuracy and numeracy
  • IT literate
  • Good interpersonal skills

Salary £18,000 per annum for 3 days per week (Pro rata £30k).
