Our client, an Industrial Services company have an urgent requirement for a permanent part time Payroll Administrator to join their team.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for accurately processing various weekly payrolls
- Ensuring processing deadlines are met centrally and regionally
- Checking exception reports and amending errors
- Calculating over-payments
- Amending pay rates, tax codes and bank details
- RTI reporting to HMR
- Ensuring compliance with statutory legislation
- Month end reporting and payments for various weekly payrolls
- Auto enrolment
- Year End processes
Qualifications an experience:
- Formal payroll qualification or relevant experience
- Accuracy and numeracy
- IT literate
- Good interpersonal skills
Salary £18,000 per annum for 3 days per week (Pro rata £30k).
