Administrative Assistant
Chestnut House EMI Residential Care Home is a leading provider of a full range of services to the industrial and manufacturing markets. A fast-growing company with a long history of success, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to the leadership. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with strong communication skills, who can prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Duties Include:
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Communicating with customers via email and phone
- Creating and maintaining records
- Maintaining files, including data entry, scanning, filing, etc.
- Data entry for new projects, invoices, etc.

- Scanning documents into Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Other duties as assigned by management
Experience: Minimum of one year of administrative experience required. Experience with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel). Experience with general office equipment preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to work independently with little supervision required. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines is required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions while maintaining focus and attention to detail. Must have the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities. Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently. Strong attention to detail is required.
