What You Will Do:
- Assist field operation team with AP functions and support as needed
- Order general office supplies
- Prepare shipping documents BOL
- Perform inventory functions in SAP
- Maintain shipments filing system
- Maintain spreadsheets for tracking of performance indicators
- Provide administrative support to Field Operation Manager(s)
- Processing office packages for shipping and receiving
- Processing mail and delivering to office personnel
- Provide backup coverage for other administrative positions (if needed)
- Responsible for the administrative and general office duties involving typing, documentation creation, and file maintenance
- Requires an aptitude for figures and details, independent analysis, exercise of judgement, and detailed knowledge of Corporate and/or department procedures
- This position requires good communication skills and the ability to deal with various levels of employees, management, and costumers as required
Position Details:
Location: Odessa, TX
Work week and shift: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (subject to change and may fluctuate as needed)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum high school graduate or GED
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Typically requires a secondary education or equivalent and less than two years of experience.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a high pace environment.
- Experience in SAP
- Strong aptitude in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, and Access) a must

Physical Demands:
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education beyond high school - associate degree or higher
- 5 years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Extensive knowledge in SAP
