Job Overview: As an Office Administrator in the energy industry, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of administrative tasks to support various departments within the company. Key Responsibilities:
- General Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately input data into the company's database systems and maintain organised records of documents, invoices, and other essential paperwork.
- Office Coordination: Help maintain office supplies, ensure a clean and organised workspace, and handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Customer Assistance: Provide support to customers via phone, email, or in-person, addressing inquiries and resolving basic issues, or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Report Generation: Assist in generating routine reports related to office operations, energy consumption, or other relevant metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to support projects, events, and initiatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement process improvements to enhance office efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
