Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and technical support to end users, troubleshooting computer and networking issues.
- Engage in live troubleshooting, working directly with customers to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
- Undertake bench work, including computer repairs, upgrades, and maintenance tasks.
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, finding innovative solutions to technical challenges.
- Continuously expand your technical knowledge and skills through ongoing learning and development opportunities.
- Lift, bend, and carry equipment as needed to support customer needs.
- Complete a Criminal Records Check and be bondable.
- Possess a valid Driver's license for occasional site visits.
Qualifications:
- A background in customer service
- No prior IT experience required! We value a passion for technology and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear and concise interaction with users at all levels.
- Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.

- Full-time position with a competitive starting wage of $22 per hour, based on experience
