Job Title: Administrator
Base Location: Swindon with hybrid working
Salary: Circa £20,575 to £27,172 (Dependent on experience) Plus a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Full Time - 37 hours per week
What will I be doing in this role?
We’re looking for an Administrator to join our Infrastructure Solutions Team in Swindon!
Working as part of the administrator Hub team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running business units across the West and Wales Region.
Some of your role will involve;
- General Administrative Duties
- Working with COINs ledger system
- Assisting Operations team and supporting Lead Administrator
- Managing and issuing purchase orders
- Raising invoices and dealing with queries
- Raising Job's on our in house system
- Inputting timesheet data
- Planning and organising training for operations team
What do I need to be successful in the role?
- The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Great communication skills to ensure collaboration while working as part of a team
- Experience of working in an administration role
- Proficient in a range of IT systems (MS Excel/Word/Sharepoint)
- Be able to set yourself targets and manage your own time effectively
