Job description

We are looking for the following person -

someone with a keen eye for detail,

who enjoys organising,

and

who is looking for a flexible, part time role with the potential to grow and develop themselves as well as the role itself.

We have a great opportunity for the right person to join our growing business, someone who is looking for a challenge but also with flexibility as most of the work can be done from home once trained.

We deliver high end decorating services across the country so there's many admin and logistics tasks to take care of, this is where you come in!

The successful candidate will need the following qualities;

- A very keen eye for detail especially when using spreadsheets/word

- Basic or intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office software

- Ability to use or able to learn quickly the various software's we use like Trello, Clockify, Xero, CRM's and Field management software

- A high level of organisational skill

- The ability to spot mistakes, especially in data entry

- Able to follow processes methodically whilst also able to adapt and use own initiative where needed

- Have excellent time management skills

- Enjoys organising and keeping things in order

- Comfortable communicating on the phone and via email with a friendly manner

- Able to work in a team or on their own

Responsibilities;

- The 2 main responsibilities will be - Dealing with customer enquiries and Managing the daily, weekly and monthly admin tasks. These tasks include various processes, like - Lead generation, Customer relations, Staff timesheets, Quoting/Sales systems.

Task examples

- Ordering materials

- Sending out quotes and invoices

- Resolving customer issues effectively via email and telephone

- Processing information and inputting data into our systems

- Communicating with field staff regarding various tasks like timesheets, ordering materials etc

Training will be given for all tasks but prior experience of using software and experience in admin tasks is expected.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: From £10.50 per hour
