We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team to provide support for our customers and staff as a national supply food industry business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including creation of customer records, maintaining online ordering platforms, investigating delivery queries, customer pricing and and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Good computer skills to include Microsoft Office, but full training will be given on specific company operated systems.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Maintain electronic data on systems.
- Perform data entry.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports and emails.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

- Colchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
