Job Role – Leaseplan Administrator
Salary - £23,000
Location – Peterborough
Working Hours – 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:45-17:15 (1 hour lunch break)
Type of Employment – 12 month fixed term contract

Main purpose of the role
Administration of the day-to-day tasks performed by the RMS administration department.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Administering the vehicle termination process.
- Acting as front line customer service support in order to deal with all amendments and customer enquiries.
- Ensure that customer SLA’s are met or exceeded.
- Answering and responding to emails and telephone enquiries from auction sites and RMS clients.
- Ensure that all Quality and Health and Safety standards are met or exceeded at all times.
- Data entry input into the clients inventory management system within SLA.
- Be available to support other areas of the admin team.
- Manage an email inbox and ensure all emails are responded to within SLA.
- Assign remarketing locations in line with rules and sales programme.
- Select vehicles for appropriate sales channels.
- Provide a weekly/daily update via a report to Manager/Supervisor on the productivity levels within the job role.
- Action any issues, queries or complaints arising so that any problems are resolved, in a timely fashion, to all parties’ satisfaction as far as is reasonably practicable. Escalate any complex issues to the senior supervisor.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as necessary to meet the business needs and for your own personal development.
To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you:
- Administration/data entry background.
- Verbal communication – on the telephone and email.
- Good telephone manner.
- Ability to be build rapport and relationships with stakeholders.
- Logical thinker.
- Problem solver.
- Attention to detail.
- High levels of accuracy.
- Good understanding of Microsoft products, specifically Excel.
- Excellent data entry skills.
