Administration Assistant urgently required to join the team here at Synaptik, working to meet demands for an on-going project on the Isle of Man, where all accommodation, travel and expenses are covered to ensure you arrive on the island and are ready to commence work.
Job Purpose:
The successful candidate will provide a full range of general administrative support to the Clinical Secretarial Teams.
Admin Assistant:
- Previous Administration experience – Min 1 year
- Excellent communications skills – Oral & Written
- Experience of Data Entry
- Experience of working with confidential documents
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process test results
- Filing patient records
- Mail – Opening/Processing to relevant department
- Stock Management
- General administration tasks – Photocopying, Letter/Email writing
- Telephone – Incoming/Outgoing
