The role:
- You'll be a key person within our dynamic operations team, dealing directly with existing clients, prospective clients, the management team and administrative support personnel.
- You'll help us keep our operation a well-oiled machine and have a flair both for dealing with people and organisation.
- This is a varied role which requires a degree of multi-tasking to ensure the efficiency of our operation through outstanding communications, record keeping and scheduling.
- We're seeking a competent self-starter that has the ambition to grow this role as the administrative lynchpin of the organisation - and grow it rapidly, as the company grows around them.
- We operate a results-based company culture, so no clock-watchers. This role is independent and generally remote-based and, as such, requires a motivated and self-disciplined person keen to progress within a meritocracy.
Typical tasks:
- Taking direct calls and emails from clients, prospective clients and the managerial team.
- Task and schedule management
- Preparing reports
- Basic numerical analysis using spreadsheets
- Dealing with queries and resolving problems
- Checking documents for errors
Experience:
- All candidates considered upon merit, including transferrable skills
- Ideally, three to five years’ experience carrying out similar typical tasks
- Experience working in a fast-growth and/or start-up business
Qualifications:
- No formal qualifications required based on demonstrable relevant experience
Profile:
- Flexible, able to switch between a range of tasks throughout the day
- Confident, able to deal directly with senior stakeholders
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly numerate
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Minimum Intermediate excel skills
- Detail-orientated
- Action-orientated – a 'do-er'
- Self-motivated and disciplined, comfortable working autonomously/independently
- Ambitious, hungry to succeed
- Outgoing and positive

Working environment:
- Remote based with occasional travel to London for team meetings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
