Job title: PMO Administrator
Location: Preston – Hybrid working 2/3 split onsite
Salary: Circa £31K
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing central support within the PMO team, carrying out administration duties critical to the day to day operations
- Manage the PMO Mailbox, understanding the incoming mail and dealing with the email appropriately taking action to allocate mail to the most suitable party
- Create and manage appointments/team meetings within the PMO calendar
- Maintain the mail distribution lists used within the PMO
- Manage and issue of PMO Comms to the agreed distribution lists
- Maintain our EIT PMO SharePoint site and libraries, acting as a SharePoint Champion to resolve queries
- Ensure new/existing SharePoint permissions are maintained
- Support with minute taking for key project review meetings
- Support with the IT On-Boarding of new starters
- Provide guidance and support to other members of the team
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- Practiced PM&C experience demonstrated in a professional capacity within a significant business, project, programme or portfolio
- Good understanding of one or more PM&C tools techniques and practices
- Knowledge of the PM&C capability landscape including with Professional institutions
- Knowledge and experience of PM&C governance and assurance processes
- Ability to influence internal stakeholders to achieve business success
- Ability to find and adopt best practice

This role has responsibility for supporting the successful operation of the Programme & Project (P&P) Project Management Office (PMO). Providing central support within the PMO team, carrying out administration duties critical to the day to day operations.
