Due to expansion, Back on track childrens services are looking for a part time administrator to work alongside our current administrator
Responsibilities
- Working alongside the current administrator
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and manage aspects of the calendar between the homes
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents and records
- Assist with our safer recruitment procedures and Hr processes
- Provide administrative support to various homes as required
- Act as a PA to the responsible individual and director for general day to day tasks
- Any other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience with HR/administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience of childrens residential homes would be adventagous
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-24 per week
Salary: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
