The role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join our administrative reception team.
As a receptionist, you will work on our front desk to meet and greet all visitors, providing guidance as they enter Blakelands Hospital for all appointments and enquiries. You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise. You will be expected to deliver a first-class service to patients, consultants and colleagues.
Blakelands Hospital is a freestanding day case (ambulatory surgery) hospital. As well as two operating theatres, we have an outpatient, x-ray and physio department focussing on ophthalmic, orthopaedic, Gastroenterology, Breast and general surgery. - A strong desire to provide high levels of customer service
- Proven experience in administration and customer service
- An ability to manage own workload within a busy environment
- Enthusiastic and empathetic character promoting positive attitude at work
- Confident communication skills on all levels, via telephone, email and in person
- Demonstrate strong time management and organisation administration skills
