About the Role:

We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to assist in a range of maintenance activities including:

· General Repairs: Household DIY, Locks, Door Handles, Windows, Bed Frame and Sofa Repairs

· Plumbing: Sinks, Drainage, Toilet repairs, Leak Identification

· Electrical: Socket/ Switch repairs, Light Fittings, Fuses, Electrical Fault Diagnostics

· Decorative: Painting, Hanging/Fixing Wall Art, Damp/Mould repairs, repainting

About you:

· Must have a UK Driver’s License

Compensation: £130 per day

Job Type: Full time (Must Working Weekends)
