Job description
Aspect Electrical Contractors are currently looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated part time Administrative Assistant to work alongside the office staff and other members of the team. It is vital that you are a friendly person with exceptional computer and time skills.
Your duties will include:
Answering and transferring calls
Inputting data to Microsoft Applications and other applications
Stationary supplies replenishing
Importing and Reporting Certificates
Responding to queries
Assisting Office Staff with administration
A large part of the duties will include working closely with office and project managers to ensure smooth running of office and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Computer literate is essential preferably with Microsoft Application experience
You will be required to work 4 hours daily, with the vision of more during annual leave periods.
