About The Role
Due to unprecedented growth, an exciting opportunity is available for an experienced administrator to join the team at our flagship site in the centre of a very vibrant part of London. We are looking for candidatess who share our passion for caring for our patients, and want to help them through their journey with us.
The successful applicant will work across both sites at Marylebone and Harley street.

Required Skills and Experience
There is an exciting opportunity available for someone who has attention
- The applicant must have experience using Microsoft suite
- The applicant must demonstrate skills of organizing filing systems and computer files
- The applicant will be required to have excellent customer service skills
- The applicant must have excellent communication skills, as they will be both patient facing and using the telephone.
- The applicant must be computer literate
- The applicant must be organized
- The applicant must be able to work well under pressure
- The applicant must have the ability to multi task
- The applicant will be required to work towards achieving targets, objectives and KPIs
The successful applicant will work across both site at Marylebone and Harley street.
Duties and responsibilities
- They will work with the senior management team to organise all files within both AML London sites
- Ensure compliance with local and legislative information governance requirements
- Attend meetings and minute the meetings
- To keep trackers up to date and chase missing data
- Keep local document drives tidy
- Keeping up to date calendars for the VIP room and the meeting room.
- To keep track of all London documents and highlight to local the senior management team
- Meet and greet patients and ensure all the patient's needs are met while visiting the practice
- Liaising with Administrators, Radiographers, Healthcare Assistants to ensure the smooth running of the patients journey within the clinic
- Initial point of contact and gatekeeping for all patients, daily vendors, visiting clinicians and contractors
- Fast-paced multi-tasking, completing tasks quickly in line with protocols and appropriately responding to priority situations
- Taking payments from patients, raising invoices on daily basis
- Input to encourage patients to leave feedback to enable the clinic patient tailored service
- Keeping clinic areas clean and tidy and of an excellent standard
- To complete all relevant administration including scanning patient information, booking appointments, updating patient databases and making sure legal documents are submitted correctly
- Opening and closing of the premises
