We’re looking for an energetic and passionate front of house team member to join our brilliant team. Our baristas are our front of house heroes who deliver our great service and fantastic products to our customers.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be fully trained to confidently deliver our great service and ensure our customers needs are met and exceeded. You'll be trained to make speciality coffee efficiently ensuring the taste and quality of each product is preserved.
You’ll use your passion for great service and excellent product knowledge to delight our customers and relentlessly give an amazing experience.
You'll work across a variety of shifts, both opening and closing our store over weekends and weekdays and you'll thrive in a fast paced environment where efficiency and accuracy are key. You'll use your product knowledge to work towards our business metrics and show accountability for your performance.
You’ll use your food hygiene training to ensure we adhere to all health and safety standards and procedures including the upkeep of high cleanliness and hygiene in store. You’ll also periodically help to prepare and produce our range of lunch and bakery items in a timely and hygienic way ensuring recipes are followed accurately.

A bit about you
You’ll have a proven record of being trustworthy, flexible and reliable and already display characteristics in line with our company values.
You’ll have some experience of working in a small team and proven experience of working towards targets whilst maintaining a great working environment. You’ll have a desire to share responsibility because as you’ll know, it’s about working as a team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of food handling, hygiene and allergen awareness.
You'll show the desire to have excellent product knowledge across all of our drinks, lunch items and bakery items to ensure any questions are accurately answered and any recommendations are genuine and thoughtful. You’ll work well in a fast paced environment and have the confidence to build rapport with new and regular customers.
