Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Efficiently handle the ordering process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Create and manage POs, maintaining a systematic record of all transactions.
- Organise and maintain electronic documents, including quotations, reports, and other relevant materials.
- Accurately input and update information in the CAFM system to facilitate smooth operations.
- Utilise internal portals to submit necessary documents and information.
- Generate reports as requested, highlighting key findings and maintaining data integrity.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided for the specific tasks involved.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is beneficial for this position.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in administrative tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, particularly in a remote working environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and meet deadlines.
