The Role and Department:
We have an opportunity for Administrative workers to join the organisation on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Gary Baynham, the Access Team manager
TOG Mind is a fast-paced charity delivering a wide variety of mental health and emotional wellbeing services. In the role of Administrative Worker, you will be responsible for the client facing, service delivery aspects of TOG Mind’s Access Team. You will appropriately triage clients and support them to access mental health and community services via the reception/front desk function at our Oldham and Ashton offices.
You will be the first point of contact for client enquiries, provide a signposting service and arrange initial discussion appointments with people wishing to access TOG Mind services.
This post involves supporting diverse services across the organisation and advising clients when they first contact TOG Mind by telephone, email and face-to-face.
You will have experience of liaising with members of the public and will have an awareness of emotional wellbeing and mental health issues.
