Mental Health Recovery Workers Required to join our existing team, within our new purpose built 20 bed male rehabilitation unit in the Bacup area of Lancashire.

Location: Bacup Lancashire
Salary: £11.50per hour + Paid breaks
Hours: 43 hours per week. (shift pattern 7:45am - 8pm / 7:45pm - 8am)

The Service:Located in Bacup, Pine House is a 20 bed community facing purpose built hospital for men aged 18 years and above with complex mental health needs due to mental illness and/or acquired brain injury. The service will provide an holistic approach to recovery from mental illness whilst maximising potential and promoting independence.
The service operates 24/7. You will work shift patterns including weekends, bank holidays and nights. Standard shifts are 12 hours a days.
You will be working at a specialist locked rehabilitation for males with complex mental health needs and behaviours that challenge. You will support the service to equip service users with the skills required for community living and increased independence.
The service is a recovery-based supported by individualised interventions. You will work as part of the multidisciplinary team which includes Nursing, Consultant Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist.
