Trainee CAD Estimator Grimsby, England
Job description
We have a vacancy for a Trainee CAD / Estimator to join our laser department and work with an experienced team of Craftsman, Technicians and Engineers based at our premises in Grimsby.
The role is one of the initial points of contact that liaise with the customer to define the job specification and outline the requirements for manufacture. Using specialist software you will nest the parts to produce quotations and preparation for import.
The role is required to assist in the production of accurate CAD / CAM files. From taking the initial customer call through to delivery you will be required to resolve any technical issues to the CAD aspect. You will be require to follow your technical quotes through the system and create quotes.
The successful candidate should be technically minded with excellent IT skills to include AutoCAD experience. Training will be provided
