Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join our team.

The main duties of the role include:

• Actioning of daily reports and providing customer updates
• Processing of customer orders via inbound and outbound telephone calls
• Acceptance of online orders
• Working with customer procurement systems
• Working with an external sales manager to improve and increase sales within your target area
• Booking of appointments with new and existing clients
• Upselling of product on supplier led focus days
• Dealing with all customer queries

The hours of work are 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Saturday's are worked on a rota 8.30am - 4pm. Additional hours are available to assist with our twilight shift.

Requirements of the role:

• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Good levels of computer literacy
• Confident and professional phone manner
• Knowledge of the foodservice catering industry would be advantageous
