Job description

We are looking for an Administration Manager for Cromer Hospital. Our aim is to put patients first in an area of the highest quality of care. Alongside the nursing and medical teams, the administrative team ensures the department runs smoothly, effectively and acts as a reliable point of contact along a patient's pathway. As part of this large and friendly team you'll be expected to maintain a high level of the patient-focused care we aim to deliver for our patients.

Interview Date: 14th April 2023

You will be responsible for the line management of the administrative staff and for ensuring the smooth running and development of the directorate in relation to its administration functions.

You will also operate as part of a multi-disciplinary team, managing the administrative, clerical and secretarial needs of the directorate and ensuring through careful monitoring of workloads that activity targets are met and that patient management is in line with the patient access policy
