Within Aviva’s PMI (Private Medical Insurance) division we now have several exciting opportunities to join us as an Administration Consultant where you will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with our Brokers, aligned to our PMI product line. We are looking for individuals who have excellent customer service skills – i.e., the ability to build up rapport easily with customers, both over the phone and via email – matched with prior experience, or interest in, working within PMI space.
A bit about the job:
You will utilise your customer service skills to own and manage queries from our broker community predominantly via a central mailbox, as well as over the phone. This will involve taking ownership of a variety of queries, as well as completing demands. Full training will be given so you that you become an expert in this area, offering advice and answering questions from Brokers about Private medical insurance products daily.
Aviva introduced “smart-working” in 2020 and encourage flexible working; however, the successful post-holder will need to work minimum 3 days per week out of our Sheffield offices.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Excellent customer service skills (Private Medical Insurance knowledge would be beneficial, but this is not essential)
Strong communication skills, including being able to complete email correspondence to a high standard
Strong organisational and administration skills
Ability to build rapport easily and show empathy with customers, clients, and colleagues
Able to listen & act upon what matters to customers / clients efficiently and professionally
