What you'll be doing Required to be flexible according to business requirements. The daily focus may vary, however it is expected that activities will typically include the following: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers Food handling Carry out a professional bar service (must be 18+) Restocking items and stock rotation Operating the till and cash handling Client focus - providing excellent customer service at all times General cleaning of front and back of house Perform daily paperwork and keep diligent records as required Follow food hygiene and safety procedures at all times Sweeping/Mopping and general house keeping to ensure areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times. Preparation of any other public facing areas as required Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.
