Job description
This is an excellent opportunity within a family run organisation, based in our Care Management Office at Fourways, Cleworth Hall Lane, Tyldesley, Manchester.
Reporting to the Office Manager the role is a combination of training support, reception and general administrative support. You will also have an active involvement in the training processes for all staff.
Hours: 35hrs per week, Monday - Friday 9.00am - 4.30pm
The right candidate will have the following abilities, attributes:
- Excellent communication skills with strong written and spoken English
- Good IT skills including experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are essential
- Ability to multi-task
- Good accuracy and an eye for attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Desire to learn and develop within the role
- Organisational skills essential
- Responsible attitude to work – able to take direction and also to use own initiative to problem solve
- Previous office experience essential
The person:
A well-presented, positive and friendly individual; confident and professional when dealing with colleagues and clients and a reliable team player. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills with good attention to detail. They will have a flexible approach and willingness to undertake relevant training.
