Wise May are looking for an Administrator to a Financial business in the City.
This role is to provide general administrative support to the team, and clients where required, by working on a portfolio of schemes across Trusteeship and Secretarial support services in a collaborative working environment structure
Main Responsibilities include:
- Preparing annual meeting timetables.
- Daily liaison with senior management across the organisation, both client and non-client focused activities.
- Assisting with preparations for meetings (confirming arrangements, ensuring that meeting papers have been received and any papers printed etc).
- Minute taking at client and internal meetings.
- Preparing and updating first drafts of detailed business plans to help manage scheme expenses and budgets.
- Processing scheme invoices.
- Maintaining matters arising and Work-In-Progress lists on a weekly basis.
- Forwarding enquiries received to the relevant team member to ensure it is completed at the appropriate level.
Skills required:
- Good communication skills, written and verbal, including ability to communicate well.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint and electronic document management tools.
- Minute-taking and writing up minute skills would be an advantage.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management – able to prioritise and organise workload.
- Multi-tasking- working on multiple schemes simultaneously.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
