Location: Bath, BA1 1RG
Contract: Full time, permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Monday through Friday between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm
Williams Lea seeks an Admin Assistant to join our team!

Purpose of the role: The Admin Assistant will work as part of a team based within our client’s sites which requires the highest level of customer service and will work alongside our management team.
Key Responsibilities
FILING
- Collecting filing from designated areas and correctly filing these
- Returning files to designated areas
- Managing the addition of volumes to existing files
- File closure administration
- Providing reporting information as required
- Maintaining all filing in a tidy and orderly manner
- To assist in the collation of information on this service area for including in the monthly reports
Internal
ARCHIVE AND DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
- Process all personal papers for storage, including wills, power of attorney and title packets
- Complete all documentation relating to items that are to be archived and or retrieved
- Ensure the practice management system is updated to correctly record the location of all
items
- Act upon the clients instructions to close, archive and record all files being issued to storage
- To assist in the collation of information on this service area for including in the monthly reports
GENERAL
- Collect and input monthly reporting information
- Ensure all paperwork and tracking sheets are correctly completed and recorded
